3.1 You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2.2 Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;
3.2.3 Contains or transmits any harmful or malicious code, including viruses, malware, or any other computer program designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
3.2.4 Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of our services or the data contained therein;
3.2.5 Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our services, user accounts, or any other computer system or network associated with our services;
3.2.6 Harasses, abuses, or threatens others or otherwise violates the legal rights of others;
3.2.7 Collects or stores personal information of others without their consent;
3.2.8 Engages in any fraudulent activity or encourages others to do so;
3.2.9 Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of InnieHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2 You may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or materials obtained from our services without the prior written consent of InnieHub.

8. Termination
8.1 InnieHub may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.
8.2 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of our services.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
Terms & Conditions – the sales
These Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) govern all purchases made through the website www.inniehub.com, owned and operated by InnieHub INC (“InnieHub”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase products or services through InnieHub.
12. Products and Services
We offer various digital products, courses, subscriptions, memberships, and services (collectively, “Products”). Availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free.
13. Orders and Payments
a. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
b. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and is subject to their terms.
c. Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by local, state, or federal authorities.
14. Digital Goods & Memberships
If your purchase includes access to digital products, courses, or memberships:
- Access is granted upon successful payment.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal use only.
- You may not resell, share, or redistribute content without written permission from InnieHub.
15. Refund Policy
We strive for customer satisfaction, but refunds are subject to the nature of the purchase:
- Digital Products & Downloads: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access or download has been provided.
- Courses & Memberships: Refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase only if the course or membership content has not been accessed.
- Services: Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and may be subject to administrative or processing fees.
To request a refund, email support@inniehub.com with your order number and reason for the request.
16. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue may result in account suspension or legal action. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide proof of delivery or service.
17. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional codes, credits, and discounts are non-transferable and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
18. Intellectual Property
All materials sold or provided by InnieHub are the intellectual property of InnieHub INC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding functionality, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnieHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InnieHub regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written, between you and InnieHub.
