00 · Before
Most of what is offered assumes you can get to it. A room, a waiting list, a group that meets on Tuesdays. This one starts where you already are.
What this is not
01 · Who we are
We built InnieHub for people who find the ordinary version of connection hard. Leaving the house is not the price of admission. You can be here exactly as you are, from wherever that is.
Three names, one place
InnieHub
The community: feed, groups, rooms, events.
InnieCare
Nine tools and a directory of professionals.
InnieDate
Off by default. You decide if it exists.
02 · Privacy
Every switch that decides who sees you is in one screen, and it is yours. Nothing is shared until you say so. Not your name, not your face, not that you were here.
Your switches, in one screen
Withdrawing a consent is as easy as giving it, and it works on the web and in the app. That is the law, and it is also the only version that means anything.
03 · Feed
Write with your name on it, write behind a mask, or read and never say a word. Reading counts as showing up. No counter notices, and nobody is asked why they were quiet.
A morning in the feed
Third day without going out. Not a crisis, just heavy. Saying it here so it is said somewhere.
Whoever answered me at 3am last night: thank you. I could not have said this with my name on it.
Ten moods to choose from, or none. Stories go in twenty four hours.
04 · InnieCare
Nine exercises you can open at three in the morning, a directory of professionals, and an assistant that knows it is not one. The crisis lines are never behind a plan. Not a tier, not a quota, not a payment. Ever.
Nine tools, no appointment
Crisis lines · 24/7 · every tier

05 · InnieDate
Text for as long as you need. Photos stay blurred until you both choose otherwise, and voice or video may never happen at all. The whole thing is off until you turn it on. It is a room in the house, not the house.
Blurred until it is mutual.
Four doors, and you hold every one

06 · Together
Groups that meet, events with a room that opens fifteen minutes early, forums that stay open. You can sit at the edge. Nobody counts who spoke, and arriving early to an empty room is the point.
Everything behind one door
Six group categories, rooms that never close, and an event room that opens fifteen minutes early.
07 · Growth
Courses with real sections and lessons that you leave half done, and a blog filed by the kind of day you are having. Nothing on this shelf has a due date. Come back in a month and it is where you left it.
Left where you left it
Discover Your Zen: 7 Days of Mindfulness
Mindfulness
30 Days of Yoga Challenge
Wellness
Filed by the kind of day you are having, not by date.
08 · The app
The same account on the web and on your phone, with the same rooms and the same people. Whatever you were reading is where you left it. Lock it behind Face ID, and close it mid sentence if you need to.
On your phone too

One account
The same rooms and the same people as the web, and whatever you were reading is where you left it.
A lock on the app
Face ID or your passcode, so a phone left on a table stays shut.
One letter a day
A single digest instead of a stream of notifications. Nothing here decides for you what is urgent.

Coming to the App Store and Google Play. The web works on its own in the meantime.09 · Come in
No interview, no waiting list, no explaining yourself. Come in whenever you are ready. And if today is not the day, the crisis lines are open regardless.
